Agent Training Guide

Everything you can do and see across Sales & HR

Welcome to Nolivia Wireless. This guide walks you through every tool available to you as an agent — from logging walk-in sales and fulfilling orders to managing airtime stock, running audits, and viewing your HR profile. Use the quick links below to jump to any section.

1. Agent Dashboard

Your home base at /agent, with three tabs:

Overview Tab

  • Revenue (This Month) — total USD sales across your booth(s)
  • Orders (This Month) — fulfilled orders you've processed
  • Econet / NetOne Stock — airtime balance remaining across your booths
  • Today's Revenue — USD sales logged today
  • Low Stock Alerts — a red banner names any booth below its threshold
  • Airtime Stock Levels — animated bars per booth vs. low-stock threshold
  • Incoming Stock to Confirm — tap Confirm Receipt to add dispatched airtime to your balance
  • Pending Orders — the first 5 pending customer orders

Log Sale Tab

A quick inline form to record a walk-in sale without leaving the dashboard (see "Log a Sale" below).

Daily Report Tab

A date-based report: total revenue, order count, currency & category breakdowns, exchange and SIM metrics, a line-by-line sales log, and each booth's airtime balances. You can print it.

2. Orders

At /agent/orders — fulfill customer orders placed through the online shop.

What you see:

  • Orders assigned to your booth(s) only — you never see other booths' orders
  • Filter tabs: Pending · In Progress · Fulfilled · All
  • Each card shows product, customer, date, booth badge, amount, currency, payment method, meter number (ZESA), recipient phone (airtime/EcoCash), and network

What you can do:

  • Mark In Progress — signals to other agents that you're handling it
  • Add Fulfillment Notes — e.g. the ZESA token number or a reference
  • Mark Fulfilled — completes the order; for airtime, it auto-deducts the sale amount from your booth balance
3. Log a Sale

At /agent/log-sale — record walk-in sales (customers who buy at the booth without placing an online order).

Steps:

  1. 1Select your booth (if you manage more than one)
  2. 2Pick the sale date — defaults to today; past dates need admin approval before counting
  3. 3Choose a category:
    • Airtime — pick network (Econet/NetOne), enter amount, currency, payment method
    • ZESA Token — enter the amount
    • Wayne Connect WiFi — product name and amount
    • Accessory / Phone — product name, amount, currency, quantity
    • Currency Exchange (ZIG) — pick direction (Buy/Sell ZIG), enter ZIG amount; a live preview shows rate, USD equivalent, and profit
    • SIM Card — choose stock pool (Paid or Free/Promo), enter quantity; a live preview shows cost basis, sell price, total, and profit per SIM
  4. 4Tap Log Sale — it saves as a draft; go to Sales Reports to review and submit it

Back-dated sales go straight to admin review and won't count until approved.

4. Airtime Stock

At /agent/stock — monitor and confirm your airtime float.

What you see:

  • Each booth's current Econet and NetOne balances as animated progress bars
  • The low-stock threshold for each network
  • A
    ⚠️ LOW STOCK
warning when a balance drops below threshold

What you can do:

  • Confirm Stock Dispatches — when admin sends airtime to your booth, a dispatch card appears; tap Confirm Receipt to add that amount to your live balance
5. Stock Audit

At /agent/stock-audit — reconcile your physical airtime float against what the system records.

  1. 1Select the booth to audit
  2. 2Review the system's recorded Econet and NetOne balances
  3. 3Count the actual airtime you have and enter the manual counts
  4. 4Add optional notes (e.g. "discrepancy due to a failed transaction")
  5. 5Submit — the system calculates the variance automatically; the audit goes to admin for review

Your previous audits and their variances are listed on the same page.

6. Sales Reports

At /agent/reports — manage the walk-in sales you logged. Each starts as a draft and must be submitted to count.

Filter tabs:

Drafts · Submitted · Edit Requests · Date Review · All

With a draft you can:

  • Edit — change category, amount, currency, payment method, quantity, or network
  • Delete — remove the draft entirely
  • Submit — finalizes the sale; for airtime, it deducts the amount from your booth balance and locks the record

After submission:

  • The sale is locked as Fulfilled
  • To change it, tap Request Edit — this goes to admin; you can't edit it yourself
  • Back-dated sales appear under Date Review and wait for admin to approve the date
7. Performance

At /agent/performance — your personal sales performance.

  • Your fulfilled orders over time
  • Any sales targets admin has set for you (monthly, by category)
  • Active incentives you qualify for (cash bonuses or percentages for hitting revenue or unit targets)
  • Progress toward your targets
8. My HR Profile

At /my-hr-profile — your personal HR record, visible only to you and HR.
